What if I want to return or exchange my Casa Lola items?

We have a strict no-refund policy in place, we do offer store credit or exchange within the first 7 days after you receive your order. 

Our return procedure is applicable within 7 days of order delivery. If a week has elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot facilitate an exchange or offer store credit.

Casa Lola Shop holds no liability for any issues, including losses, arising after the package has been dispatched with a tracking number provided to the client.

For a return to be considered, your item should be in unused condition, with all tags securely attached, and packaged in its original box. A proof of purchase or receipt is necessary.

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

The shipping expenses for returning the item will be your responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. Also, kindly note that we allow only one exchange for the same invoice (no exceptions).
